Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Aroma:
Floral and spice with hints of molasses and pine.

Appearance:
Poured a deep mahogany with a thick tan colored head which quickly diminished and left minimal lacing.

Taste:
Very smooth with mild spice and toasted grains.  You can pick up the occasional chocolate and caramel notes as well.

Overall:
I really enjoyed this beer.  It was well rounded and I felt the flavors were balanced and worked well together.  I will have to try their 2012 recipe next year.
